Australian Wool auctions received a major price boost this week as the largest buyers exerted their authority within the local market. Prices for all types and descriptions on offer recorded rises in value. The EMI (Eastern Market Indicator) closed out the selling week at 1250ac/clean kg, an increase of 45ac/ clean kg or almost 4% higher for the week.
