The Australian wool auction market continued to be firm to slightly dearer this week, with the second lowest volume of weekly bale offerings seen this season at 31,547 bales. The market started by opening strong for all three selling centres on Wednesday. By the week close on Thursday, Sydney and Melbourne saw a steadying in prices, closing with market indicators at 24 and 13acents higher than the previous sale week, respectively.
