Karl Lagerfeld x The Woolmark Company

In 1954, a young, relatively unknown Karl Lagerfeld wins the International Wool Secretariat prize - known today as the International Woolmark Prize. At just 21 years old, Karl impressed a panel of judges -which included Pierre Balmain and Hubert de Givenchy - with a button-down, boat-neck yellow wool coat. In 2017, Karl Lagerfeld and The Woolmark Company are united once more to create Knit Karl: the last project the iconic designer was to work on.
